SHIPPING
At VPReggae.com, we provide weight-based shipping rates for all locations, including international destinations and the 50 contiguous U.S. states, for our retail customers. We ship worldwide to nearly every country. Orders shipped within the United States are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and include tracking information. Please note that Sundays and national holidays are not counted as business days for the purpose of delivery. Shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Due to USPS regulations, there may be occasions when the VPReggae.com shipping department chooses a different shipping method from the one you selected during your check out. Additionally, only orders received before 12:00 PM EST on business days will be shipped the same day.
International Orders
For international shipments, our most cost-effective option is typically FedEx, though other carriers are available. The shipping charge you pay covers the freight only; customs duties and taxes at the destination are your responsibility. FedEx will notify you of any such charges. If you refuse to pay these taxes, your package may be held at customs for up to a week or abandoned. In such situations, you will not be reimbursed for the product or shipping costs.
Brazilian Customs
If you are shipping to Brazil, FedEx requires a valid Tax ID for customs clearance. It is necessary to provide a valid ID for your shipment to clear customs.
ORDER POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
After submitting your order, an invoice will be displayed, and a copy will also be emailed to you. Please print this invoice for your records. You will receive an email notification once your order is processed. We will only charge you for items currently in stock, and the total amount of your order will be adjusted accordingly. You will also receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.
To ensure a smooth checkout process for high-value orders, please be prepared to provide proof of the card used for the purchase and, whenever possible, match the billing and shipping addresses. This helps ensure secure transactions.
Cancellation
Your order processing starts shortly after submission. If your order has already shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. To attempt cancellation for orders not yet shipped, click the link: Click Here and fill out a ticket with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” and include your order number.
Undeliverable Packages
If items are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missing apartment number, or no one available to receive the package, you will be refunded only for the items once it is returned to our warehouse. If you wish to have the package re-shipped, it will be at an additional charge.
RETURN POLICY
We purchase and sell only NEW products; we do not sell used items. All vinyl sales are final and non-returnable. For all other products, there is a 14-day return policy, provided the items remain in original condition, show no signs of use, and are returned in the original vendor packaging. If you receive a defective product and wish to exchange it, we will send a call tag and send the replacement after receiving the returned item.
We pay special attention to packaging vinyl records and do our best to ensure they arrive undamaged; however, we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival. Please consider this when placing vinyl orders.
Clearance items are sold as "final sale" and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
International returns often involve significant costs. Buyers are usually responsible for customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Generally, only the original purchase price is refunded, excluding these additional charges.

Initiate the Return

- In the comments section of the form, specify the reason for your return.
- You will receive a RA number within 24 business hours.
- Place the item securely in a package.
- Include a copy of the invoice or the RA number provided to you.
Mail the Package
- Send the package using the carrier of your choice.
- All return shipping costs are your responsibility. Be sure to obtain a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original credit card used for payment, or as store credit to your account.
